The policy for cancellation of your products:
Not always, if you found that any of your products got canceled due to some of the unexpected situations; it may be done due to the following reasons:
- No longer availability of products (due to any reason)
- Out of Stock
- Seems unauthorized due to terms & conditions
- If any issue can be found by our Credit/fraud departments, then the product may be directly canceled
- Non-serviceable locations
- If your order is canceled, and payment is received the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible
- While, we always try to place all your orders successfully on time, but we also require some additional verifications or information before accepting any order. So, Indiartcare requests you to please submit your original identity.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept the return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item indiARTcare will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
indiARTcare will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
